Refund policy

JONIMIETY accepts exchanges only within 10 days after receiving order. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. 

 

TO RETURN: Please contact via email or contact page to initiate return. We will reply back with return address. All return parcels are covered by the buyer. Once shipped back to warehouse, please send tracking number via email. If initiating an immediate exchange, JONIMIETY will cover shipping costs of replacement item.
