Effective for all orders placed during the Black Friday Sale
By placing an order during the Jonimiety Black Friday Sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Shipping and Processing Times

All Black Friday orders will ship within 3 weeks (21 days) from the date of purchase.

Due to high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Jonimiety is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control once the order has been shipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations

All Black Friday orders are final once submitted.

Orders cannot be modified, combined, edited, or canceled after they are placed due to promotional volume and processing timelines.
Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items

If your order includes any pre-order or made-to-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

Pre-order timelines provided on product pages are estimates and may shift based on production volume.
Pricing, Discounts, and Promotional Codes

Black Friday discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders or after the promotional period ends.

Black Friday pricing cannot be combined with other offers, credits, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Jonimiety is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Jonimiety is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For transit delays, customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Returns and Exchanges

All Black Friday purchases are final sale.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted for items purchased during the Black Friday promotion unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact support@jonimiety.co within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos and the order number for review.

Jonimiety reserves the right to replace the item or issue store credit at its discretion.
