Effective for all orders placed during the Black Friday Sale

By placing an order during the Jonimiety Black Friday Sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Shipping and Processing Times

  • All Black Friday orders will ship within 3 weeks (21 days) from the date of purchase.

  • Due to high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

  • Jonimiety is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control once the order has been shipped.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • All Black Friday orders are final once submitted.

  • Orders cannot be modified, combined, edited, or canceled after they are placed due to promotional volume and processing timelines.

Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items

  • If your order includes any pre-order or made-to-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

  • Pre-order timelines provided on product pages are estimates and may shift based on production volume.

Pricing, Discounts, and Promotional Codes

  • Black Friday discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders or after the promotional period ends.

  • Black Friday pricing cannot be combined with other offers, credits, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Jonimiety is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Jonimiety is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • For transit delays, customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

  • All Black Friday purchases are final sale.

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted for items purchased during the Black Friday promotion unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact support@jonimiety.co within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include photos and the order number for review.

  • Jonimiety reserves the right to replace the item or issue store credit at its discretion.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

Additional Information

  • By placing a Black Friday order, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to all terms listed above.

  • Jonimiety reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time during the promotional period.
